We always like to meet our clients first-up. It’s important that you get to know us, and we get to understand your needs – from a small job to a large project.
Scoping a job is critical – this way we can clearly indicate to you the costs and timeframes involved in completing your job.
Once we’ve agreed on the costs and time required to complete your job, we get stuck in ! Keeping you in the loop during a job is very important, including any unforeseen variations or surprises along the way.
Once we are done, we will liaise with you to give you an understanding of the outcomes, and make sure you are happy with the job as per your expectations.
